Feature request: Implement global settings for TeamCity server configurations #72

@raennor

Description

@raennor

Hello,

when using many Repositories in Bitbucket and using this plugin to trigger builds in TeamCity, it results in a lot of effort to fill in all needed Fields (TeamCity URL, User Name, Password).
It would be very nice, if the Administrator could store global setting of this Fields and all Repositories can use this. Another benefit would be, that a newly created TeamCity User who has the required access rights could be used. So password or token of this must not be shared with Bitbucket Repository Administrator.

The usage of this global setting could be enabled or disabled with a toggle on Repository settings of Trigger Hook.
If local settings should be used it could be shown like this:

Selection_193

And if global settings should be used it coculd be shown like this:

Selection_194
