[Feat]: mutation webhook sets up imagePullSecrets

By default, trow is deployed without auth.
Adding auth requires manually setting up ImagePullSecret in all deployments.

Describe the solution you'd like

The mutation webhook adds ImagePullSecrets
This allows a secure by default deployment, where a password is required by the helm chart.
