New Contract. Multi Address Router

There are going to be moments when we want an escrow to be release to multiple parties.
We could create a contract that can take in addresses and the corresponding percentage and automatically route whatever money comes in into the set percentages to the configured address.
This was from Escrows we can still release to One address, but it goes to this contracts who itself routes the payment as configured.
