[Bug] The `conversion_coefficient` applies to conversion and storage assets

Description

The conversion_coefficient must only apply to conversion assets. The current code applies to both storage and conversion.

For storage assets, it should only apply the efficiencies storage_charging_efficiency and storage_discharging_efficiency.

This bug occurs when the charging or discharging of a storage asset is also used for the in or out of a conversion asset. The workaround is to modify the storage efficiency to ensure it has the correct value (see the MIMO example).
