Feature Request: Display Current and Latest Version in Gatus Dashboard

It would be useful if Gatus displayed both the currently running version and the latest available version in the dashboard UI. This could help users identify when an update is available without needing to check GitHub or other sources manually, and also ensure that the application is running the expected version after an update.
