Is there a UI indicator for providers currently applied to a endpoint?

I have applied providers and alarms through the config.yaml. However, I don't see a visual indicator anywhere on the status page showing that it actually exists. The alarms are coming through though, just wondering if I'm missing something.

No, there aren't.
The logic behind the decision was originally that the status page is public facing, while alerts are internal-facing, but truth be told, I've been reconsidering that stance in the past few months. Perhaps exposing providers configured would be a good idea
