Add jitter to check interval

Describe the feature request

It would be nice if the check interval had some jitter to it, so that the checks spread out over time. If you have the same interval, or ones divisible by each other, they tend to stay bunched together.

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

So for my setup, i tend to use a 1m interval, this leads to 15 checks being run in the span of 3-4 seconds, then 50-56 seconds of nothing.

I understand your point, but the resource usage, even during that peak 3-4 seconds, is so negligible that I don't think there's much value in adding that.

If you want to prevent multiple checks from happening at the same time, you can set concurrency to 1, which will prevent more than one check from happening simultaneously, therefore reducing the peak resource usage even more than the default configuration (3).
