Allow configuring (and ideally templating) topic in Zulip alerts

Describe the feature request

Currently Zulip alerts hardcode the topic to be "Gatus", causing all alerts (and resolutions, if configured) to be in a single thread. I would like to be able to configure the topic - personally I would like it to be the name of the service the alert is for. Being able to template it to put in there some parameters of service and/or alert would be even nicer.

Why do you personally want this feature to be implemented?

For me it's nicer to have a thread of alerts and resolutions per service, rather than everything going into a single thread. Also makes it easier to see there how often the alerts happen, or whether alert was resolved or not.

How long have you been using this project?

A bit over a month, maybe two, I think.

My golang is nonexistent, I might get around to trying to make it configurable, that seems like an easy enough / small enough change, but I have currently no idea when that would be.
