Expose version of gatus

Is it possible to get the running version from an instance of gatus? It does not appear as though the current version is exposed anywhere on the landing page, nor on the /metrics endpoint, nor via /api, nor /health. Am I missing a way to get version? If not is that a feature you'd consider adding?
