Issue with DownloadAsync working on other pc's

So I build a music app using this and it works well, however any other pc other than the pc i built it on stalls at DownloadAsync()
It's getting the meta data for the stream just fine. as it will provide the name of the video on all machines.

I've tried stand-alone builds. Framework dependent. Ive build it with a winform and WpF ,having it install the needed .net framework if missing. the search returns the results it extracts the stream but then on the machine that built it it will run perfectly. yet all other machines will not.

is there something I'm missing? I even tried to install ffmpeg on the other machines to see if that was the issue, despite not using YoutubeExplode.Converter just incase. here are photos of a debug console.

any advice or suggestion would be appreciated.
