For the revised content, the command line will not be used:

Remove Git on command line episodes
Create content on use of Git in RStudio
Updates to Using Git from RStudio #33 to be completed as needed for GH components of episode
Create example repo for use in episode(s)
Extend and modify core GH content for use in this course
