Integrating CHAM into TLO #1620
Description
The aim to assess the effect of integrating CHAM services into the TLO model which currently only captures government services.
- Create a new branch on github
- Adjust the facility list resource file to include both types of facilities (ResourceFile_Master_Facilities_List) i.e., GOV v. NON_GOV (cham, priv, ngo, …)
- Modify individual disease modules to accept different facility levels (e.g., can accept 1A_Gov and 1A_Non_Gov)
- Create analysis file to evaluate the DALYs averted, HCW time, and PFT with and without CHAM SLA services
- Map TLO HSIs to SLA packages
- Adjust prob_non_emergency_care_seeking_by_level so that there is a differential between CHAM and GOV
