We first noticed this stopped working in #205, however there is no clear reason why it did! The show/hide all button still works, so we could just remove the individual buttons as I'm not sure they are much use anymore. There is only one line of extra data that is being shown/hidden.

We should clarify the original purpose of the buttons and whether the functionality is still necessary

It was meant to show/hide the additional information under the fragment etc name

remove the button since the functionality is of little importance
