The current file packs user-specified rectangular prisms with uniform spheres. It was coded pretty quickly and is not the most elegant. In the long-term, we will implement the MDBD method developed by UCONN, but for the time being I would like to improve the sphere packing capability.

Not necessary for minimum viable product, shifting to beta

Need to reference the finite-circle method and implement improvements. Clarify that MDBD is an external tool that can be included in the workflow.
