Add resources to account for e-prescribing workflows #108
Description
June 2025 Connectathon participants identified the need to support e-prescribing workflows from ph-core. For example, medicationStatement, medicationDispense, medicationAdministration. And appropriate examples / documentation. And connections to the appropriate PH code systems such as from FDA.
It's to be determined by appropriate governance group with is the right priority for this work.
This ticket is a master ticket that will eventually contain the sub-issues needed to make this happen.
