Suggest: remove doc/sep23 #14

Currently, there is a folder called doc/sep23 that contains old files from the -I guess- september 2023 course.

I suggest to remove those old files, as we use a versioning control system, together with regular releases.

I agree. I'll fix it after the workshop.

I know we have versioning control, but thought it was simpler to find the correct version of that time.
Maybe we should instead make releases just after each course has been given?
