Internal Server Errors in User Data Notebooks

While trying to run the user data notebooks, following issues were encountered:

-  emit-ch4plume-v1_User_Notebook 
         `Internal Server Error` while  trying to access      `/cog/statistics` for  `emit-ch4plume-v1_User_Notebook`,

-  sedac-popdensity-yeargrid5yr-v4.1
        `Internal Server` Error when retrieving tiles data for  `Jan 2000` and `Jan 2020`.
