Update diwasp code

Currently, DIWASP code for AQDs is pretty outdated and has a bunch of EPIC conventions stuff hanging around. We should also expand DIWASP options to Vectors. We also should try to get it working with pyDIWASP so we don't rely on the Matlab output.
