Investigate how much access valberedningen has

Valberedningen goes under the roletype “FUM” and can administrate recruitments for “Styrelsen” and can view roles, positions and applications for “Presidium”. However, valberedningen also administrates the recruitment for TMP, internrevisorerna, technas presidium. They probably don’t have access to these applications.

This needs to be investigated to see how much access they have and what access they should have
