[BUG] Memory leak everywhere when using RPI4

Summary

Ultramarine has memory management problems on RPI4. I saw that my vlc was crashing horribly on ultramarine linux, which seemed odd, but then I noticed other apps have issues too - especially window managers. Often when I ran some app, framebuffer would just randomly display a line of noise - indicating problems with memory.

I am unable to upload coredump right now. Sorry.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Ultramarine on RPI4
2. start vlc app under valgrind and sit back with a popcorn and 3D glasses (and just pray that valgrind will not crash under the amount of memory errors that vlc will produce)
3. Perhaps run VLC GUI and click on Volume controls in context menu - that should lead to segfault after mutex lock fail

Full logs could be useful.

I don't have RPIs so I'll throw this to Jade, but I doubt if it has anything special to do with RPIs… I was about to say maybe you should memtest your rpi but it seems like you don't encounter this issue on other distros on the same RPI.

It also doesn't look like an issue with VLC itself since you are having issues with window managers too

what about this, could you list out some apps that don't have issues?

Could also be related to the newer packages in terra but you're on 40… so pretty clueless right now

Memory leaks are not expected but Fedora's GPU driver for Pi 4 (the one we currently use) is notoriously unstable, we're working on it so please keep an eye out
