Flashing Camera

How do you get the flash camera event to work. I used it in the chart editor, and I applied the right values. But for some reason it doesn't show up. I also tried looking for the .hscript or any file relating to flash camera, but I couldn't find anything.

The flash camera event is not gonna work unless if it's 0xFFFFFF and has how long it has to fade.
