Add timestamp parameter to url cause error on azure blob storage

I got error
403 (Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.)
when using this package with azure blob storage. the URL generate from SAS (Shared Access Signature) will not accept another query like timestamp of this package append on.
