Currently teachers' custom questions might be (?) automatically copied to next year's course and might slip online without teacher realising or updating them

Instead, I suggest that the "Survey opening soon" email includes the upcoming survey questions.

Then, in the email the user is asked to check them and fix them if theyre not right.
