partition_groups_from_regions function in unstructured-inference > inference > layoutelement.py is missing source types, producing None sources in the resulting TextRegions. This is due to the transformation of TextRegions into Rectangles to be able to use intersections.

Definition of done

  • Original sources are kept for all resulting TextRegions
