Own Model Example

In the README you hint at how one could use an own model to be used by unstructured_inference. Could you provide a minimal example of how one would approach this problem. I am particularly interested in how the UnstructuredObjectDetectionModel class must be adapated to consume a model that is hosted remotely and exposed via API.
