Need Help with Parsing Large Documents and API Response Time

Hello Unstructured IO Community,

I hope everyone is doing well. I am currently facing an issue with parsing large documents using the Unstructured IO API and would greatly appreciate some guidance from the community.

Issue: I have a document consisting of 200 pages that I need to parse using the Unstructured IO API. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I have yet to receive a response from the API. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Questions:

Can anyone provide insights into the typical time required for parsing a document of this size?
Has anyone else encountered similar issues with long wait times for API responses?
Could this delay be attributed to any specific factors, such as the complexity of the document or server load?
Additionally, I am interested in exploring the pricing options for the paid API and understanding any limitations on the usage of the free API key.
