Fix the ToC colouring

Something goes a bit iffy with the current ToC colouring... Need to look into this as the chapters/parts should be given their own colour....

Mostly fixed with #19. Only possible issue that I see is that the top line uses the colour of the bottom part, but should use the colour of the top part.
