How to get your TikTok API URL and SessionID

1. Download TTS Voice Wizard version v1.7.4.1 or later

2. Some of the steps here can only be done with FireFox, if you do not already have FireFox please install it before continuing.

3. Log in to the TikTok Web App. You will need to be logged in, if you do not have an account then create one.

4. Install the Cookie Editor extension for FireFox.

Finding your API URL

4. Open the extension, on TikTok while logged in, and look for store-idc. (The store-idc value will only appear on FireFox).
5. The value for store-idc is the region that you're connected to. You will need this to figure out your TikTok API URL.

• Based on my value for store-idc which is "useast5" we can deduce that from the list above my URL is either https://api16-core-useast5.us.tiktokv.com/media/api/text/speech/invoke/ or https://api16-normal-useast5.us.tiktokv.com/media/api/text/speech/invoke/. After trying both URLs we can see that the one with "core" gives an error and our url is https://api16-normal-useast5.us.tiktokv.com/media/api/text/speech/invoke/.

6. We can copy the URL from above and in TTS Voice Wizard navigate to Speech Provider > Local > TikTok TTS and paste the value in the API URL text field.

Finding your SessionID

7. Open the extension and look for sessionid

8. Copy the value and in TTS Voice Wizard navigate to Speech Provider > Local > TikTok TTS and paste the value in the SessionID text field.

9. Enable "Use your own Session ID

10. If you are still getting an error message than either your sessionID is incorrect/expired or the selected API URL isn't correct and you will need to try a different one. Post in the Discord help channel for assistance.
