Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck enabling the new agent mode that released in vscode, but in vscodium.

As far as I can tell, the settings exist for it in vscodium:

...but there's no visual button added (unless I'm just missing it) and the normal keyboard shortcuts I'd use in vscode (e.g. Ctrl+Alt+I) don't seem to do anything in the latest build of vscodium.

I don't know if there's something extra I need to set up, or if maybe it's disabled by default, or if it's because it relies on MS services, or something else -- has anyone had any luck getting this feature working in vscodium?

VSCodium don't include any Chat Agent configurations due to license and privacy. (yes that features relies on MS services)

But you are free to configure it yourself in the product.json. Can't help you more due to MS license...
