Unable to install remote host server due to wrong download URL

Doing remote development with VSCodium andd having the Open Remote - SSH plugin, after updating VSCodium to 1.99.02283, the remote server could not be installed.

The message reported on the log window is :

The correct URL is https://github.com/VSCodium/vscodium/releases/download/1.99.02283/vscodium-reh-linux-x64-1.99.02283.tar.gz

There are two 0s in the URL that are missing from the URL it tries to download.

Downgrading to vscodium-1.98.2.25078-1 is a temporally solution.

I had to remove the leading 0 of version number passed to the extension since some are checking the editor's version and a leading 0 is invalid in the semver standard.
To fix the issue, I'm hard coding the version in the template of server's archive.

Sorry about that! I had tested with the leading 0 and the removal was a quick hotfix before I go to sleep... I forgot to test that!

I tried my best to fix it myself, but the worse thing is, even if I manually set Remote.SSH: Server Download Url Template to https://github.com/VSCodium/vscodium/releases/download/1.104.16282/vscodium-reh-linux-arm64-1.104.16282.tar.gz and Remote.SSH › Experimental: Server Binary Name to codium-server,

you'll connect to the remote server but get this error:

This error is obviously caused by the different version number between code-oss(1.104.1) and vscodium(1.104.16282), as we can see that:
