There are several tips that contain outdated information:

Scout:
Tip_1_12 mentions that the baseball cannot stun at close range, but "completely stuns" at long range. It would be better if this was reworded to:
As a Scout, the Sandman's baseball cannot slow foes at close range, but it will slow an enemy for 7 seconds at max range.

Demoman:
Tip_4_20 mentions that the Loc-n-Load inflicts additional damage against slower moving classes and buildings, but has not dealt extra damage to players for 10 years. It should instead be:
As a Demoman, use the Loch-n-Load to inflict additional damage against buildings. Aim carefully however! You only have three shots before you must reload, and you will only inflict damage on a direct hit.

Engineer:
A class selection menu tip is outdated, see #4994

Sniper:
Tip_2_8 tells players to grab a new Razorback from a resupply locker, but it also regenerates after 30 seconds. It should say something like:
As a Sniper, the Razorback breaks after being stabbed. Be careful around Spies while it regenerates, or grab a new one from a resupply locker.

Mann vs. Machine:
Tip_MvM_10_1 says there are no refunds after the first wave, but every round has infinite refunds now. Instead, this tip could say:
Upgrades are fixed to the class or weapon you apply them to, but can be refunded between waves.
