Changelog list in Binary Ninja UI has wrong size when loaded in smaller screen and then maximized

• Binary Ninja Version: 5.0.7200-dev Personal (4bb4a12d)
• OS: Windows
• OS Version: Windows 11 23H2
• CPU Architecture: x64_86

Bug Description:
Whenever the changelog list is loaded in smaller window and then resized to bigger window, the sizing will break.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open Binary Ninja and resize to small window and close it (so it opens like that on next launch)
2. Open Binary Ninja and wait for the changelogs to load
3. Maximize Binary Ninja window and the sizing will be broken.

Expected Behavior:
To properly resize.
