[ObjC] Call type override on objc_msgSend stub is not respected resulting in missing arguments

Pseudo Objective-C respects the type of the objc_msgSend call. In this case the objc_msgSend call does not have the correct type applied to it since it only shows two arguments in C as well:

return _objc_msgSend(self→>_ParenIndicator, "setStringValue:");

I think the issue here is that the objc_msgSend call is not having its call type overridden based on the selector like we expect.

🤦‍♀️ missed that because I'm too used to Obj-C Syntax, this problem is either in the workflow's calltype application or calltypes themselves, then (poss. related to #6812 ?)

I added some logging to the Obj-C workflow and it appears to be correctly applying call type adjustments, but they're not always taking effect.

The problematic cases all appear to be tail calls. I wonder if this a bug related to the combination of:

1. call type adjustments
2. applied to a call in an auto-inlined function
3. that ends up being a tail call

Manually adding a call type override via the UI does work though so this is specific to auto call type adjustments.
