Remove redundant kubernetes.labels.deploymentconfig.raw field definition

This is probably a copy/paste issue.

It seems kubernetes.labels.deploymentconfig is already a keyword with very similar properties as kubernetes.labels.deploymentconfig.raw.

maybe kubernetes.labels.deploymentconfig is supposed to be type: text? see https://github.com/ViaQ/elasticsearch-templates/blob/master/namespaces/kubernetes.yml#L43-L52
