feat: Highlight Active Volunteers on the Member Page

Issue Context

Currently, active volunteers have badge of their roles on the member page. However, having a section dedicated for them on the member page would be great for these reasons:

• A gesture of appreciation to their valuable support
• Other VC members can easily identify active volunteers
• It would be easier to include the link to this section on resume or social media for active volunteer who are looking for jobs or looking for other opportunities.

Proposed solution

• Create an "Active Volunteers" section right under "Core Team".
• Move active volunteers to this section.
• Provide clickable link to each sections (Core Team, Active Volunteers, and Our Members).

@adiati98 This is a great idea! I wonder if we could automate an issue from airtable once someone is added or removed as a volunteer, and issue is created here so we can keep up with it.

That also could potentially be a good first issue.

I say we go for this now, and worry about automations later. We can also create new volunteer onboarding that lets folks know they can add themselves.

That might be easier.
