Describe the bug

While i install the windows 10 enterprise (not LTSC) 22h2 and try installing drivers, it succeeds but doesnt add virtual display. while i try on other devices its still the same. can you detect the issue and fix it please!

Steps to reproduce

If i install driver it will not add virtual display, thats all.

Expected behavior

When i install driver, that's all.

had same issue and dont know where that problem ps1 script is, but I found workaround using community script virtuaL-driver-manager.ps1

Code31 is rather generic, but have you made sure that the certificate is installed?

saw the problem ps1 script written in Temp folder, but couldn't find it in this repo, it's at
https://github.com/VirtualDrivers/Virtual-Driver-Control/blob/fde9081fd9c438a5ed0ec39be626016629c01b9a/VDD%20Control/VDD%20Control/MainWindow.cs#L2042
VDD Control works fine because the code commented "the more direct approach" works, but not always.

Interestingly, I am having a similar issue with the VDD installer on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5965). I even uninstalled the driver from Device manager and reinstalled via the instructions in the Install the Virtual Display Driver subsection of the Installation wiki page, except that I started from step 4, and it still did not work. I then uninstalled as suggested by the Troubleshooting section, downloaded the 64-bit zip file, and did the same steps again which worked flawlessly.
