Turn graph into transport network #5
Description
Probably in a separate package. The idea is to combine some high-level descriptions of transport equations with an existing graph in order to be able to simulate internal transport. Basically, the nodes of a graph (or a subset of them) would correspond to one or more state variables and the edges in the graph would represent elements of a mass balance equation. This is then converted into an ODE system to be solved. It should be possible to extract information stored in the nodes and to send information back to the nodes in the graph.
