[Extension] pyvchart now is open-source

😄 👍 First of all, thanks VisActor make the wonderful open-source visual framework.
Based on VChart, I make the pyecharts-like project pyvchart.
So, we can use pyvchart in Python to generate the wonderful VChart charts.

🌟 If the current project is no longer maintained, then consider removing the corresponding project on pypi. This way my project can be published on pypi normally.
