Profile pictures are still visible on the map, even after setting disable profile picture to true.

In the nearby screen, nearby people's profile pictures are visible even after they have been disabled.
Show default profile avatar instead.

I’ve noticed that in the NearByFragment.kt, profile pictures of nearby users are still visible even when the setting to disable profile pictures is enabled. To enhance user privacy, I propose that we replace these with a default profile avatar (defined in person_24.xml).
I would love to contribute to resolving this issue. Could I be assigned to this task?
