Replace "Vocaloid rankings" list category on TouhouDB

On TouhouDB, one of the feature songlist types is "Vocaloid ranking".

Describe the solution you'd like. (required)

Instead of "Vocaloid rankings" it should say "Touhou popularity poll", so that I can use it to show the results of the annual popularity poll.

A couple more lists I'd like added to TouhouDB, based on this thread (both of these categories already have some lists in the "pools" category, but it would be good to have dedicated categories for them):

• Artist playlists (for playlists created by artists)
• Reupload channel archives (for full lists of songs uploaded by specific unofficial channels)
