installer.php ?

First of all, thank you very much for this amazing tool!

I would love to be able to use it locally. In the documentation it says there is an installer.php file, but unless I'm crazy, I can't find it. I'm sorry for this noob question, but I am one ahaha

EDIT : "Once the installation has been finished (or project was already installed), the installer.php is disabled to prevent accidental database removal etc. To enable installer remove the APP_IS_INSTALLED from .env file."
