Describe the bug
The example of enable-minutes has a value of false, but the UI still displays the minute selector.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://vue3datepicker.com/props/time-picker-configuration/#enable-minutes
  2. See error

Expected behavior
Display the correct result.
