Sometimes allied structures will shoot but have no projectile or explosion

Visual error. I have noticed this with mini rocket pods and plasma cannon, but it may apply to all friendly structures

This doesn't seem to be limited to allied structures. I was able to see this bug occur as a spectator

I think this occurs when the structure misses.
