feat: Create the sponsors slider on the player

This is a slider to show the logos of the sponsors of the video, this should autoplay and pause when the user make a hover, should show a tooltip on each logo, and this slider should only appear when the controls of the player appears, the position can be changes and can be on top of the player horizontally, on the left or right vertically or in the controls bar horizontally
