feat: Make the new reaction system

This new reaction system of likes should look like the facebook reaction system, and the users should be able to indicate if they hate/love/super like/mega fan the content, the super like and the mega fan is paid and the earning go to the creator in a tip way. the super like is like a heart with a crown and the mega fan is like a hear on fire, this reaction system not only will work on the content, also should work over the comments and in that case the earnings go 50% to the creator of the content and 50% to the creator of the comment
