feat: make the new comments system #826
Description
The comments should be like tiktok where the people can reply to a comment and the reply appears like other comment with the name of the author of the parent comment in the reply, this can be implemented from the 2nd level of replies onwards. Also in the comments should be implemented the new reactions system.
