As mentioned in #786, ssh outbound doesn't set `fw_mark` and interface binding. This is not hard to solve. Replacing [connect](https://github.com/Watfaq/clash-rs/blob/dbc7b5aa49b8e5fef4c066ca8c5f418e55586d15/clash_lib/src/proxy/ssh/mod.rs#L195-L198) with connect_stream should work
