How do you run the koans?

It is not entirely obvious how to run the Koans.
R# test runner doesn't pick anything up nor does VS2012 Test runner.

Right,
sorry the Fsharp project was set up as the start up project - the Koans itself should be the start up project and run as a console app, not a test suite ..?

Reference are also out of whack, Koans does not need a ref to NUnit, it gets that via the FSharp project
