restoring a layout refreshes iframes

I am using wcDocker (it's amazing) with each panel containing an iframe.  When I restore a layout, the iframes all reload as well.  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?  The iframes are somewhat slow, so reloading them is very disruptive.
