Snippet: FAQs accordion with structured data

After publishing the tutorial on styling the new Accordion block, I've had people in both the comments and on social media ask for the ability to add structured data to the Accordion markup.

Really, I just need a quick intro and to post the code. This one's already done. Just needs to be switched from an anonymous function to a named function for WP best practices.
